A one-of-a-kind experience, this mountain-moving writers’ event off the west coast of Kodiak Island, Alaska, offers refuge and adventure, contemplation and activity, solitude and community for only 20 writers with a heart for adventure. WIth our host Leslie Leyland Fields, who lives on this magical place with her fisherman husband and family, this year’s cohort will explore the theme “Your Story Matters: Finding, Writing and Living the Truth of Your Life.” Afternoons will feature optional activities: whale watching, wildlife viewing, mountain and beach hiking.
